f.) APPEARANCE:

- All agents need to print the paper applications. Most of our carriers require a paper application to be submitted before they will finalize your contracting and issue you a writing number.
- PRO TIP #1: Organize each application in color folders. One folder for each product on the check list.
- PRO TIP #2: Have the Proposed Insured sign every page with a Proposed Insured signature section. This is very important for the replacement forms. You may need to submit the signed Replacement forms even if your client is not replacing existing insurance.

e.) NEEDS ANALYSIS Worksheet: Print multiple copies of the NEEDS ANALYSIS Worksheet. You will fill this out while sitting with clients to determine eligibility. Text completed worksheet to your manager.
- Needs Analysis Training: Complete the Needs Analysis for yourself (as if you are a client) and text the completed document to your manager. Your manager will then make the product recommendation and work with you on how we present the quotes.
- If you do not have any medical history, you can also complete a needs analysis on a relative with medications so that we can provide more training on how we complete the underwriting to select the correct product.
f.) APPEARANCE:
- Agents should wear business casual attire in the field. A collared shirt with khakis, slacks, or dark colored jeans will suffice.
- Wear a lanyard with a print out of your license in the plastic covering.
- You can purchase an Equis branded lanyard and polo/shirt from the Equis store found in your agent dashboard if you desire.
